Refund and Cancellation Policy
Though we strive to provide a great customer experience and take pride in the quality and authenticity of our range of exclusive products, product faults may occur, please notify us of your concern immediately (within an hour of delivery) and immediate action will be taken. LUNCHEON will decide at its own discretion on a suitable arrangement of Refund and shall be final and binding. We will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount, which excludes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks, depending upon the mode of payment collection in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card. Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for Refund.
Products once ordered can’t be cancelled or refunded. LUNCHEON may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the event of the designated address falling outside the delivery area covered by us. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
Products ordered would be delivered only in the first attempt. In order to ensure that you get freshly made Products, we will not be making reattempts to deliver your Products in case you miss your slot. In this scenario, you won’t be entitled to receive any Refund.
LUNCHEON shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased Products in case of flood, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of LUNCHEON.
